These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KLabs services, including our website, web development, tutoring, and design offerings. By accessing or engaging with KLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our services.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of KLabs services means you accept any changes.
KLabs provides services in the following categories:
All services are tailored to client requirements and subject to availability. KLabs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
All services are priced based on the scope, complexity, and urgency of the project. Quotes are provided before work begins and are valid for 7 days. Payments are accepted via cash, EcoCash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
For project work (e.g. websites or designs), a minimum of 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the project. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. No final work will be transferred until payment is completed.
Tutoring may be paid weekly, monthly, or in advance depending on the package selected. All payments are non-refundable once a session has begun or a deliverable is underway.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the start of each project. These timelines depend on:
Delays caused by the client (e.g. late feedback, missing content) will push back the deadline accordingly. KLabs will not be liable for missed deadlines caused by client-side delays.
Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions unless otherwise stated. Minor revisions include text edits, small layout adjustments, or color tweaks.
Major changes, such as redesigns, feature additions, or new layout directions will be billed separately and quoted before implementation. It is the client’s responsibility to give clear feedback during the revision rounds.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional charges, or termination of the contract.
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website files, graphics, tutoring materials). However, KLabs reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of KLabs work without explicit written permission. Any code, designs, or documents provided prior to full payment remain the intellectual property of KLabs.
Tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Missed sessions without proper notice will be considered delivered and non-refundable.
KLabs does not guarantee academic grades or exam results. Success depends on the student's participation and commitment. All tutoring content is strictly for personal learning and may not be copied, sold, or redistributed.
KLabs agrees to treat all private information shared by the client (e.g., passwords, project details, academic records) as confidential. This information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without permission, unless required by law.
Clients are also expected to keep any proprietary or sensitive KLabs materials private.
KLabs is not liable for:
Total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
KLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project, session, or account under any of the following conditions:
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and any remaining work will be halted immediately.
KLabs may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of KLabs services implies acceptance of the latest version.
